RMSA Is Heading to Rome!

RMSA has been invited to speak at the United Nations in Rome, Italy!

The Rocky Mountain Seed Alliance has been invited to attend the 8th session of the United Nations' International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGFA) this November.

We couldn't be more honored and thrilled by this unique opportunity. RMSA will be representing YOU along with our Rocky Mountain communities to share about the important work we are doing to save, share, and expand crop diversity in our region.

First adopted in 2001, the Treaty aims to: recognize the contribution of farmers to the diversity of crops that feed the world; establish a global system to provide farmers, plant breeders and scientists with access to plant genetic ma,terials; and ensure that recipients share benefits they derive from the use of these genetic materials with the countries where they have been originated.

Will you make a donation to support RMSA in participating in this momentous event? Any gift you can make toward this cause will help make this incredible opportunity a reality!
